STANDARD RECRUITMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a)  Recruitment fees per placement are calculated at the rate of 25% of first year annual earnings.
b)  "Annual Earnings" are considered to comprise total taxable emoluments and benefits in kind in the first year and include the basic salary, any additional guaranteed income (whether or not recoverable), or allowances and bonuses.
c)  Placement fees are due within SEVEN DAYS from date of joining
d)  The interviewing of a submitted candidate by a client is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions and fees will be charged upon engagement, whether immediate or within twelve months of initial interview.
e) All placed candidates will be covered by a "no-quibble", free replacement warranty for three months after their commencing. This warranty is not applicable in the event of the candidate's death, redundancy, maternity or company reorganisation, which changes the parameters of the original position or failure to comply with Paladin's payment terms.
f)  The rebate will only be made if the recruitment fee has been paid within SEVEN DAYS
g) Should the client fail to meet the payment terms outlined in Clause c) Paladin will be entitled to charge interest at 1% per week or part thereof.
h) It is the responsibility of the client to ensure final suitability and to take up references unless otherwise agreed. Paladin accepts no liability for any loss, damage or claims for compensation, however caused, arising from or in connection with the introduction or engagement of any candidate submitted.
i) Clients agree to take up references only after receiving the candidate's permission; to provide a copy of any written offer of employment to Paladin.
j) No variation of these terms shall be valid unless expressed to be such and signed and agreed by the Paladin Consultancy
